How do we print?
We have a huge range of print processes at our disposal and our team would be happy to suggest the correct one for your garment and design. For instance, bulk orders of printed workwear might be better with a screen print but lower quantity orders or printed sportswear might work better with a vinyl print. We also do embroidery and digital transfers so have most bases covered when it comes to personalisation.

Bulk workwear printing
At Teetotal we primarily deal with bulk orders from 5 to 50,000 items and we offer extremely competitive rates for hoodie printing, especially on larger orders. We supply businesses, schools and universities as well as private customers. We have numerous print processes available which all have differing minimum orders and can advise on the best process for your needs and budget.

What are your minimum order quantities for workwear printing?
CAD cut vinyl 5 items* The only exception is names and numbers (like on a football kit) We can do one off’s of these for your gifts, marathon shirts etc.*
Embroidery 5 items
Screen Print 10 items
Digital Transfer 10 items
Orders for less than the minimum quantities may be possible at our discretion but extra charges may apply.

How long will it take to process my workwear order?
Different print processes have different turnaround times. Vinyl heat transfer is very quick and we can sometimes turn around t-shirt orders within 24 hours, depending on how busy we are. Most other processes will be roughly 5 to 12 working days but please contact us for an accurate turnaround time on your order.

Where do you deliver workwear to?
We currently only deliver hoodie to mainland UK.

What is the difference between screen print and vinyl print on workwear?
Simply put, screen print is ink which is applied to the hoodie through a fine mesh and cured with heat. Vinyl is a high quality polyurethane film which is CAD cutand applied to the t-shirt with heat. We only use the best quality materials available for all our print processes.
